The first doctor got my anxiety going by saying my lungs are too big, my heart is too big, and then not explaining WHY and what significance this has. ... runny nose after taking Aleve and Ibuprofen. I discovered that people with asthma are more likely to have reactions to these meds. I had taken ibupofren so many times before without reactions, so it was alarming. I only take Tylenol now and have no symptoms. I'm too terrified to take ibuprofen ever again! ... (3 replies)

Sure go down the natural route - a lot of people find it really helps but they do recommend to go down both medical & natural so that at least you have all bases covered so to speak.
