I was prone to "croup" as a kid..although the dr called it asthma I was never offically diagnosed with it, just reoccurring croup or whatever it was called....then 2 years ago I had my 3rd baby and started getting a really tight sensation in my chest, hard to breath etc....then I was diagnosed. ... u cann start with 20, then inhale, slowly, do not gasp for air or use your mouth. It helped me out of wheezing and inhaler after a few days. It's not overnight solution, but do this religiously and you'll feel your lungs strengthen.. ... (4 replies)
