Head Twitching

My mild to moderate ASD four year old son has never had any major stimming except for excessive running to and fro but recently he has started twitching his head left to right atleast four time involuntarily. ... I'd say covering the ears is a very good and obvious sign that somethings up. In a way I'd say she's lucky cause in my case my boy would just cry or throw a tantrum.
