... It can be swollen lymph nodes, a lipoma (fatty tissue), or an episacral cyst. There are so many things that it can be and every doctor will have another answer. Also, it could be a trigger point. ... Look up cysts on a search engine. It took a year and a half for the doctors to finally listen to me and to actually give me information on these. I had one on the right side, dimple. Neurologist called it a synovial cyst. PT called it a tumor, Spine Specialist called it Lympoma, not to be confused with Lymphoma. ... (13 replies)
