... Hi! I have the same as you in the sacroiliac joints. I have benefitted a alot from injections into the sacroiliac joints. Just make sure to be referred to a doctor who does the injections with active xray (flouroscopy). Also I have gone to PT to learn some exercises/stretches that have helped-also ask for a PT who specializes in the spine. Take care, Kera4 (2 replies)
