... Glad that you are better... I suggest that you get yourself a good sleeping pillow that is designed to keep your neck straight.. Also, a big huge pillow between your knees while sleeping will help keep you from turning around much and reduces stress.. ... (3 replies)

Back/Neck Issues

Tried PT, but made symptoms worse, so then they sent me to pain mgmt, which gave me muscle relaxer, pain medication, etc. which has helped with muscle spasms in lower back and dulled pain. ... er upper arm area and some weird weakness on the right arm... I can do stuff and the hand grip test was normal but it feels WEIRD and uncomfortable. When I first pulled it I thought I had a stroke cause my right arm got sudden weakness and tingly and almost numb... but then it got better the next day but still feels vulnerable. ... (0 replies)
