... I have been pain-free for most of the last two weeks (unless I'm really slouching at work) for no apparent reason. I have a T8-9 herniation w/thecal sac (sp?) compression and have had anything from discomfor to hardcore pain for over a year and a half. I haven't changed anything & still have some b&b symptoms.
