... I agree, not to try anything on your own. Did you go to PT after surgery? Why not try PT under a professionals help? PT did wonders for me & I avoided surgery over 4 years ago now. What I learned in PT I use daily at home & also have the knowledge from them to fix my back when I get it sore again. (8 replies)
