... hi! that process can be pretty lengthy and can be tricky. i would recommend having someone that knows how to do it or going to a professional stylist. most of the time, what you will probably have to do is strip the color off to get it the lightest possible shade. they would then probably do an on the scalp bleach for top section you want blonde and process that/tone it. ...
