... Don't you just hate the thought of those darn wrinkles. I first noticed fine lines around the outer eye area around mid to late 20's. Be careful using Vaseline around the eyes or anywhere on the face. Petroleum jelly has been know to cause milia (which are tiny white bumps under the skin). There are many other more effective products on the market.
