... I am with katlin. Me+sleep deprivation=recipe for disaster. If it is something you are intentionally doing on a regular basis I would consult a pdoc. You may end up causing episodes in yourself needlessly. Stay well. (9 replies)

... I do the same thing too. But, I do it on my meds sometimes. I will take the meds then stay up because the meds make me feel good. Yes, there is a certain point when you're tiredness makes you relaxed. But, that happens with everyone. When you don't have any energy left, its hard to fight. (9 replies)
