They may have not been evaluated and all that but if they help then thats all people want to know, its a mineral like magnesium! people take vitamins alot nowadays with no dangers when they follow the guidelines alongside their doctors. Drugs may be handed out but many of us dont want to live on drugs like that as they can do more harm than good. Depression is a diease too... (6 replies)
