... yes, there is two types of Factor V, but factor V leiden means that you have a clotting disorder. It does not in any way shape or form mean that you do not clot and bleed easier. ... s. I had no idea what that feeling was like, and even after I got home from the hosptial stay, whenever I feel my leg getting really tight again, I know that my blood has thickened a lot. About 3 weeks ago, my leg began to get that tight feeling, and my bloodwork showed that I looked like I wasn't even on Coumadin! ... (23 replies)
