... I would say that your BP is unusually low for the lying position. Maybe you are restricting your sodium intake too much or if you're on BP meds then you need to have them readjusted. Also, make sure you're drinking enough fluids as dehydration will contribute to low BP. ... (2 replies)

What would you say your daily intake of sodium is? My own HBP was "stubborn" at first. My doc told me to keep it up and keep the sodium low, it will come down.
Eventually , after several months it started to jump UP and DOWN ALOT.
I told him and he said that was GOOD. He said it will eventual go down and STAY DOWN as I continue.
