I've read that the definition of hypotension is if blood pressure is 90/60 or below.
Even with a number like that, if it does not cause symptoms...fainting, dizziness, lightheadedness... it's generally considered to be a sign of good cardiovascular health and nothing to worry about.

... Thank you. That's a big relief. But I wondered, why would the readings ONLY start rising at around 7 PM? This morning at 6 AM = 94/61 (69 pulse); 6:40 AM = 97/63 (58) and 10:20 AM = 116/80 (68), but I am sure that around 7 PM they will start going up.
Should I keep doing the several BP tests every hour? As I mentioned, it is driving me "crazy."
