Since 1998, I've taken, and entered into a dbase database, about 31,000 blood pressure readings. For all of those 31,000 readings, I never took my blood pressure more than once.
As a result I was able to lower my average blood pressure from 152/97, in 1998, on 1016 readings to 124/72, in 2009, on 2682 readings; mostly thru diet.
