... Yes, in fact when I went to my GYN, my top numbers was 142 and bottom was 56, really weird, as I have never had that kind of a reading. When the dr. checked it the reading was 134/74. ... I think your BP has to be a lot higher than your numbers before you actually feel symptoms. That's why HBP is called the silent killer. This is most likely some sort of inner ear thing. I would go to the doctor as soon as you can to ease your mind. BTW - Anxiety can make you dizzy and spike your BP too!! (5 replies)
