It seems that I have a problem with concentration, neither multi-vitamins nor Vit.B Complex can solve it. I tried Ginseng before and WOW I can study for 16 hours a day, but next day my bp spikes to over 160/110.

Got back from the specialist today and was very pleased to find out my heart is in good shape :D . I think he expected there to be something wrong after 20 years of HBP.(and smoking) He even asked what my diet consisted of.

... The only thing that really comes to mind is sodium consumption. On that cocktail of meds, you should respond very well to a low sodium diet. You say you are "not big on salt". Are you actively watching your sodium consumption? It can take up to a week on a low sodium diet before you will notice any results.
