... Out of curiosity, did you happen to receive a flu shot prior to this? My doctor took my BP and it was 122/73. On the same visit she gave me a flu shot. Within a few days my blood pressure shot up to 160's/90's. Every joint in my body was aching. They put me on 5mg Bystolic. It is January and I am starting to see normal BP numbers some of the time.
