... I just checked my bp before I was going to go to sleep and it was 90/45. My diastolic has never been that low. The symptoms I am having are pins and needles in my feet and EXTREMELY shallow breathing with breaths very far apart. My heartrate is also 61 when normally for me a resting rate is between 85 and 100. I'm scared. Do I need to call my doctor? (4 replies)

They did that twice, then after it still didn't go down they gave me a 50 mg pill of it, and they said thta was the most they can give at one time or something. ... It is for gainful employment and the cutoff is 140/90. The first time through I was too high, so I went to the doc and am on Benicar HCT. Last time I had it read at the doc's it was 138/86.
