Re: 2nd reading
Jul 19, 2014
I took my blood pressure 31,000 times from 1998 thru 2011; an average of 7 times per day. From 1998 thru 2003, my blood pressure averaged around 150/95 all day long, day after day, night after night, month after month.

By tracking my chronically high blood pressure, and making changes to my diet, my environment and my lifestyle, I was able to lower my blood pressure down to permanently healthy levels.

That said, for the past few years my blood pressure has averaged about 122/72, all day long, day after day, night after night, month after month. My health and heart disease has dramatically improved. In fact, despite having heart failure and being 70, I just got down from fixing leaks in my hot, South Florida roof.

To take my blood pressure, I just sit down, put the cuff on my arm, and take it. I never take more than one reading. My blood pressure is what it is. If I sit down and take just one reading, that blood pressure reading represents what my blood pressure is at the time.

Wrong or right, by taking my blood pressure an average of 7 times per day, one reading at a time, I was able to lower my blood pressure down to permanently healthy readings all the time; and dramatically improve my health, quality of life, energy and well being.

For the past couple of years, I've only taken my blood pressure once in a while, and when at the doctors. I don't mind my Omron HEM-711 gathering dust! :)

Regardless of what you decide, I wish you the best of health and good fortune!
