I started to get 80/50, 90/50, 100/60, in average, it ranges mostly 90 – 118 over 50-69 during evening to overnight. I have to continually drink a lot of water to keep it there. During the day waking up is 125/69 goes to 139-1149/80 during the day.... (4 replies)

... Thanks atengnr. I probably will modify the winter routine this year to see if I can narrow things down. It's apparent that the Vit D3 oral supplement and a tanning bed haven't been very effective other than in keeping my Vit D levels high. And both of those are not a replacement for the sun. ... Actually I agree with Joe86 in that worrying about spikes are pointless! As long as your "Average" BP readings are acceptable then I'd keep on working out and eating well and go from there. Taking Cumadin 10 mg and Multak (Denedrone) for AF (currently in normal sinus).
Today my BP is high 95-100 / 160-170 , normaly was controlled 85/135.
