The Copacabana :cool: School of Medicine? :D :D Generally the longer you've been on beta blockers, the longer you need to taper....so your body can flush them out of your system gradually without too many rebound effects like anxiety, increased (can you spell R-A-C-I-N-G?) heartbeat, spiking BP,etc etc. My suggestions are...
