[QUOTE=chris95;4796558]It's been one month now since I haven't gotten the 'feeling' to poop. The only way for me to poop is to force it out, sometimes I can't and sometimes I can. And when I force my poop a little comes out.. Usually before when I had that feeling to poop a lot of it would come out and I'd feel the relief and that weight gone but now I don't whats happening. I use laxatives but it doesn't seem to work anymore. All I end up getting is a stomach ache and then when I force my poop out i get diahrea. will i ever be able to poop normally again?[/QUOTE You need to go to the emergency room right away. You my have a bowel impaction or bowel obstruction which is very serious that needs medical attention right now. Using laxatives on a regular basis gives you lazy colon and that's why you my not be getting the urge to go.You need to make some serious changes in your diet and making sure you drink water at least 64 oz. a day and eating 25-35 grams a day of high fiber foods, exercising at least 30 minutes a day, and having a set time schedule for having a bowel movement every day. I have suffered from chronic constipation all my life and have had to make these changes in my diet and drinking water and making time each day at the same time to sit on the toilet for 30 minutes to have a bowel movement without the use of laxatives. It does work but you have to be patient and give it time for your body to get use to the daily routine. Eating a big meal with some dietary fat and drinking a hot beverage and then take a walk will help peristalsis to kick in 20-60 minutes after eating. Then go sit on the toilet for 30 minutes. Using slow deep breathing exercises helps to relax your body, mind, and anal and rectal muscles. This method actually aids in having a bowel movement. I use this method every day and without fail it works.
