... FOLLOW UP: Now 4 weeks post op I feel great. BMs are normal for the first time in about 2 years. Post op discomfort is minimal. I have normal day activities but watch lifting anything to heavy still. Those pains I lived with almost daily are gone. I take the Konsyl fiber and eat plenty of fiber and drink at least 64 oz water daily. i figure when my urine becomes a darker... (3 replies)
