... hello :D I wanted to let you know that its a fairly normal reaction. These noodles are VERY high in fiber and its common for that to create bowel movements like this - they dont get digested because of the fiber content. ... i would just say you have normal pain during bowel movements after eating spicy/irritating foods. if it bothers you very much stop eating those foods, your body is trying to tell you that it doesn't need them if you only experience the pain after eating spicy foods and it goes away after a couple days, i would say you do not have a fissure sorry i can't be of much...
