... Hi... yeh, you should definetly start taking fiber..There are a couple of choices..Metamucil has psyllium fiber which can sometimes cause gas and something like Citrocel doesn't. I think they both can be effective..Also drink lots of water... ... (13 replies)

It is a natural fiber so it does digest and ferment and cause gas when you first start using it but the gas will go away with continued use.
