... Thanks for the feedback. I will try that routine you refer too starting tommorow. I forgot to add that after I have a bowel movement, I feel as if I haven't fully gone and I can feel the pressure in my rectum of still having to go and if I was to try and move the rest of it out by straining it will only put me in more discomfort.
