... I'd absolutely recommend seeing the doctor ASAP. There is a good chance you can get it healed up (if it turns out to be an AF) without having to have surgery. If you're having severe pain during a BM, and have blood on the tp and/or in the toilet - theres a pretty good chance its a AF and not hemmoroids.
