... o do the "frog squat with my feet on a low step stool and lean forward...Pushing is the worst thing you can possibly do because it can increase swelling and tear stitches making healing take longer...Hope this was helpful... ... (4 replies)

... If your hemroids are external and have been thrombosed you know the pain is horrible. Even right after surgery i was never as uncomfortable as i was durring the most mild flareups. Get tge surgery ASAP,stay ahead of the pain (ask for loratab or oxycodon tranadol and torodol are worthless) soak as often as you can. Maintain a liquid diet for 2the weeks. Soup, jello,pudding,...
