I am trying to keep track of what i eat or don't eat as of now to see if anything changes but i have found it doesn't matter. I did take these pills with lactobacill(sp?), as my doctor said I should get my stomach/intestines into shape again, and they did help bowel movement-which usually should alleviate the gas issues- and I did feel a little better but when I took it again, about a month ago, it didn't work at all.
