You are right about the insoluble fiber -- include green leafy veggies.
The soluble fiber is all grains that absorb fluid like rice, oatmeal, corn w/o husk(grits), cream of wheat, etc--- beans & peas like lima, red, pinto, blackeye peas, greeen peas, etc and most all root veggies like potatoes, carrots, turnips, beets.
