... Can anyone help me figure out what may be the cause? It may simply be due to stress of losing my job a month ago, but I want to rule out any serious conditions. I don't have a doctor nor insurance anymore so please just help with suggestions instead of just saying "go see a doctor". :)

... The different color can indicate that you're constipated. Are you physically pushing and forcefully pushing your stool out ? ? Is your stool large,hard and dried out ? Are you having less than 3 bowel movements a week ? These are all indicators that you're constipated. Has the doctor scanned your abdomen for abnormalities? Are you sure you don't have pancreatitis or some pancreatic abnormality? Generally, this shows up with a blood amylase test also. What has your doctor said? The weight loss is not normal...
