I have had blood work up the wazoo. They don't find anything spectacular though. One time there was something about potassium so they did a second test with heprin (can't spell) in the Vial. after the second one they said that the potassium was actually fine.

UHH IT is so frustrating but I willdo some test to see what is causing the physical complications. The funny thing is, I think all the tests will be normal and once again i will hear "its all in my head". Im in the Finance Industry and I guess streess could be a good reason...

I can honestly say that I experience all of your symptoms. There are many things this can be that is causing this to happen. The toughest thing will be that if you express all of these symptoms to a Dr, they will quickly conclude that your symptoms are anxiety related. Have you been to the Dr for any testing? Numbness can be caused from so many things. Is that your only symptom?
I have chiari malformation and get numbness and stinging in my face constantly. I am currently taking several medications but none have alieviated this symptom. Stressful situations do make mine worse.
