... Hi! This is my first post, but I am really scared... I just discovered a lump (pea size) on my tongue. I can feel it when I press on the top right size of the tongue..I don't know how long it has been there! It doesn't hurt or anything, but I have read it could be cancer! Do you usually go to the Dentist to have this checked out? Should I rush?

... When I feel the inside of my mouth with my tongue, on the inner side of the cheek, I feel a lump or like a small speed bump (like a raised line) in my inner cheek. It is about a inch long. Is this a blood vein or vessel or is this something else. I don't feel it all the time and when I pull my mouth open, I see it sort of.
