... Earl, If they're just swollen glands from a virus (other than mono), they should go away within two weeks. If they've lasted longer than that, you need to see a doctor. It could be mono or something like that, but it could also conceivably be cancer, especially if the lumps are hard and not movable. Ruth (2 replies)
