... Blue eyes, Your body is trying to tell you something with the burning. I am not sure, but maybe you are trying to do too much too soon. I takes about a year before you should be doing everyday full range of motion type things. I found out the hard way. I lifted things too heavy for me and then I had a relapse of sorts.
