... y drug to help with the pain...Aleve, Advil. If you can afford it go to like WAlmart or your local drugstore and buy one of the cheap wrist splints and wear that at night. They have brands that lace up or just use velcro for closure. Also try to limit the use of your wrists. Rest your wrists as much as possible. ... (19 replies)
