... t could also be tenosynovitis of the thumb. There are actually "tunnels" leading to each finger and the thumb, and it's possible that the tunnel leading to your thumb is affected. ... (2 replies)

My status: 48 y/o veteran with 50% disability. Treated at a VA hospital. Two surgeries for CTS, with regional anesthetic.
1. Diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) Feb 02.
Both Hands. Right hand worse.
2. Confirmed diagnosis in Jun 02. Conditioned progressed
in both hands
