... It's not uncommon for children's sleep habits to change like that. Also, sometimes as little ones get older, they actually learn how to "fight" sleep by being overly active. My son did the same thing when he was about that age. It was miserable some nights. I just had to try and work through it, and started doing "quiet" time activities with him to help. ... Well, my nephew, (who lives here), Used to be able to go to bed around 9pm, or so, (hes 6), but now, it coupld be from anywhere form 9-maybe 1130. Its been sooooooooo Hot, so, I think thats why he cant sleep, he was up thru the night as well, becasuse of the heat also.. (9 replies)

... t cord clamping. I've read on many other sites too that the cord claping too soon can cause loss of oxygen to the brain and can slow developement. Because your baby was born with the cord around his neck and with knots in it, I'm wondering if it could be simular to cord clamping early? ... (4 replies)
