... If you didn't fast for 12-14 hours your triglycerides and your calculated LDL may not be accurate. You should repeat the test after fasting. If your LDL and trig levels are accurate you probably have Syndrome X (metabolic syndrome). You should also have a fasting plasma glucose test. You do know that your HDL is very low. (12 replies)
