Triglycerides are the numbers that stand out to me.

Fish oil + diet/exercise should help with that. Reduce carbs, including wheat, take 2-3 grams of Omega 3s daily, and the trigs should come down. Add in some oat bran daily, and it may reduce your LDL a little bit too.

I'd also recommend VAP lipoprotein, c-reactive protein, homocysteine, and vitamin D tests. If your particle sizes are small, or you have high Lp(a), high dose niacin may be warranted.
