... Dave, Good results - hope they continue. However, don't think you can 'eat what you want', and take a pill to make it all better. You won't be fooling your body, and the bad results may take years to manifest themselves - but rest asured, they will. I'd still go with a diet that is low-saturated-fat, no-trans-fat.
