... Hey Mike ... these numbers don't add up ... I know that when your TG get up that high the other numbers don't mean much but based on the TC = HDL + LDL + 1/5(TG) Just using the 1/5(TG) + HDL you end up higher than your TC. Are you sure that TC is not LDL ??? So for instance in the latest case it might look like this: TC = 34 + 173 + 1/5(571) = 321. That would... (12 replies)

... Firehawk, The Vytorin sounds like a good drug for you. You WILL be astounded by the results. It is also available as two weaker formulations (less simvastatin) called 10-10 and 10-20. ... Just my opinion, but I would rather have high numbers then a damaged liver. Seeing U had a great report about your arteries, I would try to keep my numbers as low as possible with diet and exercise. If U have no risk factors, like heart disease etc. and your arteries are clean, why take something that is messing up your liver? JMHO (15 replies)
