... Yes I had bad numbers 8 months ago & after taking garlic (encoated to protect the allicin), coQ10, omega 3 fish oil, cinnamon & as many green veggies as you can fit in your diet. If you smoke, stop. Only 1 cup of coffee per day. It works but it lowered my HDL too & I wasn't expecting that one to go down. But it knocked my LDL down from 156 to 117 :-) (9 replies)

... Thanks for your reply and encouraging words Yack. I do need to do some work to improve my LDL. As you said, it is not 'elevated' but it is not a perfect or ideal number so I will work on that.
