... Austinl, I think your latest results are fine. You have an excellent HDL/LDL ratio - that is very important. Keep up your exercise and diet changes - they are at least as important as the medication - even if they don't dramatically affect your lipid levels, they are doing your body good in other (probably more important) ways. My values at the time were: Total cholesterol: 460 (yikes) LDL: 365 HDL: 45 Triglycerides: 217 I am a female and I got this from my dad who's values were also very high.
