I have to first disagree with you about the Ultrasound.
The Ultrasound which I had, had Doppler technology which puts different colors on different substances in your blood stream, which in turn makes it very accurate.

However, don't think you can 'eat what you want', and take a pill to make it all better. You won't be fooling your body, and the bad results may take years to manifest themselves - but rest asured, they will.
