I'm trying to figure out if I need to return to the doc. A week ago (Saturday) I got slammed with cough, high fever and uncontrollable chills and sweats. That following Sunday I went to the doc and tested + for the flu (they didn't say which). I was given a script for Tamiflu as well as an antibiotic (for a suspected URI developing).

... I would go back to the doctor if you don't feel better soon. A cough like that can go into pneumonia quickly.
Is there a reason you are only taking 1 ibuprofen every 4 hours? You can take up to 4 every 6 hours-it will really help with fever/chills and pain/inflammation.
