... yes, the post that said...drink like, 8 oz every ten or 15 minutes. And make sure its cold. I dont know what size the jug was for mine. Looked bigger than a gallon to me. With white powder in it. It really didnt taste like anything. It was trying to drink that much. My hubby was my cheerleader. ... (5 replies)
