... e would have sensed if your anal sphincter muscle was tighter than normal, so I guess that part of your anatomy is ok. Colitis can cause strictures too when the colon spasms, but usually there is pain with the spasms and diarrhea too. I think a colonoscopy will ease your mind once and for all. ... (7 replies)
